After our kiddo Katrina was born we had a year without travel. Katrina landed in the hospital at 3 months old with RSV and spent 6 days in the ICU. That meant a year of hospital bills and recovery for our family. After a year of not seeing the world we vowed to always make travel a priority.

Like every family, we’re a busy family. Dawn and Brian own a business and Katrina goes to a year-round public school. We work hard so we can play hard.

We take advantage of those sweet 48-hours from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening to pack in as much fun as possible. We rarely spend time at home on the weekends. We’re always off on adventures. Not everything is glamorous getaways but everything is fun and adventurous.
